Kathryn’s Personalized Program Design and walk through has been remarkably helpful for me. She interviewed me thoroughly (she is an astute listener) and observed how I had been exercising. Then she designed a program for my use at home. She tailored my new workout precisely for what I needed and showed me the mistakes I had been making that were actually working against what I needed.
In addition, her blog articles are sensible, evidence-based, and helpful.
I also am enjoying, and benefiting from, the Blue Sky yoga stretch sessions with Lisa. What a great place!
