Welcome to our 1st Annual Pounds Off Classic!
I’m super excited that you are here and are ready to commit to a healthier lifestyle in 2019! Our goal within the 6 week period is to get you on the right track with eating wholesome foods and exercising regularly.
Shedding unnecessary pounds will help you reduce your body fat into a healthier range decreasing your chance of developing many chronic health conditions such as diabetes, metabolic syndrome, high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease and overall fatigue.
Prepare to make significant changes in the 6 weeks starting January 7th!
Here’s how it works:
→ grab a friend to team up with, and each of you will register separately for the challenge
→ once you’ve registered you will receive access to my 10 day detox program the weekend of January 5th & come to the studio for your initial weigh-in and body fat % measurement
→ for every workout at the studio you will earn a point throughout the 6 week period
→you will also earn points for your percentage of total body fat lost as well as pounds lost throughout the 6 weeks
→you and your team-mate will hold one another accountable to eat healthy and get to the gym!
