This full bodyweight cardio and core workout with Coach Kat is 36 minutes long with 3 minutes of cardio followed by 3 minutes of core for 2 rounds. We perform 3 different segments/groupings of exercises for a great and challenging variety! Sadly, the last 4 minutes got cut off 🙁 but I recommended stretching with a 12 minute stretch from the workout quickies section or stretching on your own after the workout is complete.
