Join this dynamic duo for 45 minutes of fun! 4 x 4 is a fast paced workout where we spend 1 minute on 4 different “compound” (full body) exercises performed for 2 rounds for a total of 8 minutes.
We do this with 4 groupings of different movements to give you a great full body workout from start to finish!
All you need is a set (or two) of dumbells and a lot of energy! Oh, and maybe a mat & towel 🙂
