#1 CHANGE YOUR MINDSET
What you think about you bring about. If you are constantly telling yourself “I’m fat”, “My jeans feel tight”, “I need to lose weight” that is what you are focusing on and your body is listening. Try replacing those thoughts with “I’m fit and healthy”, “I’m at my ideal weight”, “My clothes feel amazing on me and I look great”. Change your story and watch things improve!
#2 EAT BREAKFAST
Train yourself to eat within an hour of rising. Break-the-Fast that has occurred overnight by refeuling your body with protein and complex carbs. Try having an egg with some avocado and a small bowl of oatmeal. This will keep you feeling full longer and feed your lean muscle!
#3 LESS IS MORE
Exercising like a maniac often works against you. Your body doesn’t have time to repair itself and tissue breaks down. You need to seriously spend your time wisely at this age as you have a million things pulling you in ten different directions. Give yourself 30 minutes 5 times a week and effectively use the time to workout smarter, not harder. Subscribe on you tube to my workout videos or do an interval walk/run with some strength training. Commit.
