“The 6 week Spring Tune Up challenge worked for me. Why? I know how to eat healthy. I come to the studio at least 4 times a week already, and I can come up with lots of extra workouts to do at home. The reason is : ACCOUNTABILITY! Yes, I can do all of the above on my own, BUT, do I do it? And do I do it everyday? This challenge forced me (in a good way) to squeeze in an extra 1-5 minutes of exercise every day . It doesn’t sound like much, and it isn’t , but it is easy to find excuses not to do it. This extra few minutes a day makes a big difference. I also enjoyed getting new healthy recipe ideas. Keeping track and handing in homework keeps you accountable for both eating and exercising.
