Yoga Stretch with Lisa 12-2-20

After a long awaited absence we welcome our Lisa back to the studio.  Lisa’s lifelong partner and husband Jeff passed away just under two weeks ago which prior to that Lisa had been spending all of her time with Jeff and her girls.  She graciously came to the studio to get back to moving her body for her own well being and to deliver her gentleness of spirit and gift of movement through yoga stretch with you our Blue Sky Family.  Enjoy this virtual stretch experience with Lisa!
