Fantastic Full body workout! We start with 8 minutes of Cardio, follow up with 8 minutes of Power, then 8 minutes of HIIT with active Core recovery in between. Lastly we finish off with 8 minutes of muscular endurance.
You will need: Kettle Bell, Medicine Ball, Dumbells, Skip rope. If you don’t have an item don’t fret! Modifications will be shown.
