Pilates mat exercises target the body’s powerhouse—abdominal and lower back muscles, glutes, hips, and pelvic floor. Using deliberate conscious breathing, concentration, control and precision, you will train your stabilization and alignment patterns from the autonomic nervous system so all movement, exercise, and sports becomes easier, more fluid, and fun.
Meet your Instructor:
Annabel Scott is certified in Mat and Reformer Pilates, as well as Fascial training, the MELT Method, and the ELDOA Method, She is Manitoba Fitness Council certified. She is passionate about Integrative Medicine and Healthcare, for health equity and movement therapy for all.
