The hips have it!
Hips. They support us, bring forth life, movement and a healthy dose of all kinds of fun. However, when they are tight and grumpy, life can get painful and difficult to move through.
Daily life has an average of 8-12 hours of sitting in it depending on what it is that you do. Over time these movement patterns can create a stiffness and inflammation through the hip joints caused by space being slowly taken away. This will affect the way we move, live and feel.
Join Instructor Tally Pollard in this hip workshop where we work on this life giving centre creating space and a freedom from tension for the hips and all of its supportive parts using a combination of yoga, block therapy, breathwork and meditation.
For this workshop, wooden blocks will be supplied if you do not have one. If you have a bolster, blanket and an eye pillow they are fantastic to bring along to enhance your experience.
