Here are her responses when we asked her a few questions about her experience at our studio:
Q. How did you hear about us and what motivated you to try out our studio?
A. “My friend Colleen invited me to come for a free week trial, my membership at a different gym was up and I was looking for something new!”
Q. What’s you favourite class at Blue Sky and why?
A. “ Tough one… I love metabolic mixer because it nearly kills me in (in a good way! ) but I also love full body resistance because it makes me feel stronger!”
Q. What’s the one thing /s you’ve noticed that have improved in your life since joining?
A. “I have lost some weight, I have more energy and my knees don’t hurt anymore.”
Q. In your opinion, what separates us from other fitness facilities you’ve tried?
A.“I really like the family feel. I recognize pretty much everyone at the gym and it makes me more accountable when instructors know my name.”
Q. If you could change or add one thing at blue sky what would it be?
A. “A splash pad in the parking lot so I can cool down on my way out!”
