1. HOW DID YOU HEAR ABOUT US AND WHAT MOTIVATED YOU TO TRY OUT OUR STUDIO?
Kathryn’s parents told me about Blue Sky studio. Roy and Michaele inspired me to try it out because of the variety of classes from yoga to circuit training to personal training for all ages. The location for me in South St. Vital is perfect
2. WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE CLASS AT BLUE SKY AND WHY?
My favourite is the fat blast class. It’s probably the most challenging and I love the circuit training format- Jayson pushes me to improve and corrects my form- lots of attention to details !! Feels so accomplished after each one.
3. WHAT’S THE ONE THING/S YOU’VE NOTICED THAT HAS IMPROVED IN YOUR LIFE SINCE JOINING?
Where do I start? The energy to do more of the every day life things at home has greatly improved. My strength has increased which has improved my posture, so helpful as a dental hygienist in that cramped work position.
4. IN YOUR OPINION, WHAT SEPARATES US FROM OTHER FITNESS FACILITIES YOU’VE TRIED?
The smaller size studio means a more personal experience. ( they know you by name) The coaches keep an eye on you during the exercises so that you do them safely. Those personal connections with the coaches definitely motivate me to keep on going, to keep challenging myself and getting “better every day” as their motto says!
5. IF YOU COULD CHANGE OR ADD ONE THING AT BLUE SKY WHAT WOULD IT BE?
That’s a tough one…..maybe more yoga or roll and rejuvenate classes??
