I learned about Blue Sky by searching online for a gym near to my home. After meeting with Kathryn I was convinced that it was the place for me!
2. WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE CLASS AT BLUE SKY AND WHY?
Ooh! It is so hard to choose. I like Cardio Weights and Core and Tabata, but also the challenge of completing the Wednesday morning SeniorFit Intervals class.
3. WHAT’S THE ONE THING/S YOU’VE NOTICED THAT HAS IMPROVED IN YOUR LIFE SINCE JOINING?
I do see a difference in my strength and endurance, both in class and at home. I also sleep better at night.
4. IN YOUR OPINION, WHAT SEPARATES US FROM OTHER FITNESS FACILITIES YOU’VE TRIED?
I have been involved with many other gym or exercise programs, but the fabulous instructors and the marvelously enthusiastic members set Blue Sky apart from the rest. When everyone breaks out singing along with the music the class time just flies by.
Absolutely nothing. It’s just perfect as it is.
