1. HOW DID YOU HEAR ABOUT US AND WHAT MOTIVATED YOU TO TRY OUT OUR STUDIO?
“Well, I’ve know Kathryn & Jayson for many years, especially Jayson. Jayson and I were roommates in college at Mayville State University. When Kathryn opened BlueSky, I wanted to support her business. What got me to join and commit to a weekly routine of coming to Blue Sky was being diagnosed with high blood pressure. I knew I had to make lifestyle changes for the better.”
2.WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE CLASS AT BLUE SKY AND WHY?
“Total Body Blast. The class is very challenging, as most of the exercises are multi-joint/compound movements. The tempo of the class is high and it gets your heart rate up quick and your are sweating very quickly!”
3. TELL US WHAT YOU’VE NOTICED THAT HAS IMPROVED IN YOUR LIFE SINCE JOINING
“Getting back to a committed, regular exercise routine has helped with better dietary choices, weight loss, muscle building, balance, stretching and better sleep. My mental focus during the work week is also much better.”
4. IN YOUR OPINION, WHAT SEPARATES US FROM OTHER FITNESS FACILITIES YOU’VE TRIED?
“The small gym dynamic. You are NOT a number at BlueSky. The instructors are all fun and make the workouts hard, like they should be. Everyone who participates in the classes is so very supportive and encouraging of each other.”
5. IF YOU COULD CHANGE OR ADD ONE THING AT BLUE SKY, WHAT WOULD IT BE?
“Honestly, I would change nothing. I absolutely love BlueSky!”
