
1. HOW DID YOU HEAR ABOUT US AND WHAT MOTIVATED YOU TO TRY OUT OUR STUDIO?
I heard about BlueSky through Janet Towsend, Kathryn’s sister. She said my sister is opening a gym and you should come and join with me! I never looked back. What motivated to try it was the small class sizes, and I knew some of my friends were also joining at the same time.
2. WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE CLASS AT BLUE SKY AND WHY?
Hard to only pick one! However, for weight training I love Amber’s sculpt class and Amber’s shred class, those are 2 classes that I try to get in for sure every week. I also love, Tabata and Core, Cardio and Weights!
3. WHAT’S THE ONE THING/S YOU’VE NOTICED THAT HAS IMPROVED IN YOUR LIFE SINCE JOINING?
My eating habits have improved and definitely my fitness level! I used to work out 3-4 times a week, and now I work out a minimum of 5 times per week. All of this has contributed to sleeping better, more energy and overall a more positive attitude.
4. IN YOUR OPINION, WHAT SEPARATES US FROM OTHER FITNESS FACILITIES YOU’VE TRIED?
The small class sizes, the feeling of being part of a family, and motivating one another. Also, the one-on-one motivation from the instructors.
5. IF YOU COULD CHANGE OR ADD ONE THING AT BLUE SKY WHAT WOULD IT BE?
Don’t change anything!
