1.How did you hear about us and what motivated you to try out our studio?
My friend Tineke told me about Blue Sky. I was looking for a local facility with an age friendly environment .
2.What’s your favourite class at Blue Sky and why?
SeniorFit Circuits are my favourite. I like to go three times a week and there are lots of classes offered each week. I also appreciate the variety of exercises offered in each class and that each circuit is ’customized’.
3. Tell us what you’ve noticed that has improved in your life since joining.
The environment is welcoming and helps me to stay motivated to work out regularly. When I do that I feel better all around and better able to be active and remain independent.
4.In your opinion, what separates us from other fitness facilities you’ve tried?
At Blue Sky there is a really nice community “feel” that is respectful and encouraging. It is a small studio with small class numbers where participants get to know and care about each other.
5. If you could change or add one thing at Blue Sky, what would it be?
It’s perfect as is!!
