1. HOW DID YOU HEAR ABOUT US AND WHAT MOTIVATED YOU
My daughter was the first to tell me about Blue Sky Fitness as she knows Kathryn. She thought it would be a good fit for me. I was ready for a change from what I had been doing and after a little research I gave it a try in July 2018.
2. WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE CLASS AT BLUE SKY AND WHY?
My goal at Blue Sky, which works for me and my body, is to attend two classes per week for those of us in the active aging category! My favourite is cardio, weights and core. It’s a well rounded, full body workout, with a great playlist and the time simply flies by. I feel ready to take on the day afterwards.
3. WHAT’S THE ONE THING/S YOU’VE NOTICED THAT HAS IMPROVED IN YOUR LIFE SINCE JOINING?
Definitely strength. It just simply feels good to be stronger in everything you do and so important for health and longevity.
4. IN YOUR OPINION, WHAT SEPARATES US FROM OTHER FITNESS FACILITIES YOU’VE TRIED?
I like the fact Blue Sky Fitness is a small boutique type studio. It’s less intimidating and it’s like family. Everyone gets to know everyone. Kathryn makes all feel so welcome. She has a genuine interest in everyone’s goals and abilities. Kathryn goes above and beyond, planning fun golf tournaments, Christmas parties, backyard get togethers and occasionally supplying a nutritious treat after class, all great incentives!
5. IF YOU COULD CHANGE OR ADD ONE THING AT BLUE SKY WHAT WOULD IT BE?
I wouldn’t change a thing!
