1. HOW DID YOU HEAR ABOUT US AND WHAT MOTIVATED YOU TO TRY OUT OUR STUDIO?
I was looking online for a new gym. I wanted somewhere that was smaller and for the more “mature” clientele. The first time I went to Blue Sky I felt very comfortable and knew it would be a good fit for me.
2. WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE CLASS AT BLUE SKY AND WHY?
My favourite class is Tabata. It moves quickly and I can do any exercise for 20 seconds at a time.
3. WHAT’S THE ONE THING/S YOU’VE NOTICED THAT HAS IMPROVED IN YOUR LIFE SINCE JOINING?
My blood pressure has improved and I feel stronger mentally and physically.
4. IN YOUR OPINION, WHAT SEPARATES US FROM OTHER FITNESS FACILITIES YOU’VE TRIED?
I really appreciate the personal touch. People get to know each other and you are always personally greeted.
5. IF YOU COULD CHANGE OR ADD ONE THING AT BLUE SKY WHAT WOULD IT BE?
I would not really change anything other than possibly more yoga.
