SeniorFit with Weights & Tubing
Age actively with Coach Sam in this workout where we use dumbells and tubing to challenge our muscles! Adding weight to exercises helps to increase our bone density and keep our muscles strong to be able to carry out our activities of daily living such as carrying our groceries and lifting up grandchildren. It is so very important to strengthen and increase our lean muscle mass in order to prevent sarcopenia (muscle wasting).
