1. HOW DID YOU HEAR ABOUT US AND WHAT MOTIVATED YOU TO TRY OUT OUR STUDIO?
I heard about Blue Sky about 3 years ago from a colleague who is a member of the studio. She suggested I try out the first weekand consider joining as it was not your typical large, anonymous type of studio. A smaller, more personal type of studio was just what I was looking for.
2. WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE CLASS AT BLUE SKY AND WHY?
That’s a tough one! I would say that it’s a tie between Senior Fit – Cardio, Weights & Core and Guns Butt and Guts. Both give me a great workout and the energy and attitude of Kathryn and Jason is infectious!
3. WHAT’S THE ONE THING/S YOU’VE NOTICED THAT HAS IMPROVED IN YOUR LIFE SINCE JOINING?
I’ve noticed that regular activity has become a priority in my daily life. I’ve also become more aware of what I eat and how staying active has positively affected my outlook on life!
4. IN YOUR OPINION, WHAT SEPARATES US FROM OTHER FITNESS FACILITIES YOU’VE TRIED?
It’s definitely the personal engagement of Kathryn and her team with each and every member. They get to know you as a person, not as a customer and try and find ways to engage and motivate you to be the best version of yourself. The online option has been a lifeline during the pandemic shutdown, but is also so convenient whenever I want to squeeze in a workout at home at my own convenience.
I honestly wouldn’t change a thing. The classes, online booking system, live-streaming via FB and high energy is just what I need to make healthier choices in my life. Thank you so much Kathryn for building this for us!5. IF YOU COULD CHANGE OR ADD ONE THING AT BLUE SKY WHAT WOULD IT BE?
