“I was looking for a gym and after touring a couple of the big box variety was still looking. At pickleball, noticed a fit gentleman wearing a Blue Sky tee. Asked about the gym, he immediately declared he was Kathryn’s father and suggested I give it a try.”
2. WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE CLASS AT BLUE SKY AND WHY?
“Tabata. The classes are fast paced, a perfect combo of cardio and strength”
3. WHAT’S THE ONE THING/S YOU’VE NOTICED THAT HAS IMPROVED IN YOUR LIFE SINCE JOINING?
“Agility, strength and balance have all improved.”
4. IN YOUR OPINION, WHAT SEPARATES US FROM OTHER FITNESS FACILITIES YOU’VE TRIED?
“With other fitness facilities it required a lot of motivation just to attend. At Blue Sky I look forward to the classes. The small class sizes, personal attention and gentle encouragement to improve are huge pluses.”
5. IF YOU COULD CHANGE OR ADD ONE THING AT BLUE SKY WHAT WOULD IT BE?
“This may sound silly, but I would not have a monthly Shining Star. Everyone that walks through the door wanting to improve their health is a shining star!!”
