Here are her responses when we asked her a few questions about her experience at our studio:
Q. How did you hear about us and what motivated you to try out our studio?
A.” I used to go to the wellness centre and dropped in on Kathryn one day and liked what I saw so I joined.”
Q. What’s you favourite class at Blue Sky and why?
A.”SeniorFit Circuit. I like it because no matter where you are in terms of your fitness level it can be tailored to you. “
Q. What’s the one thing /s you’ve noticed that have improved in your life since joining?
A. “I swim, bike, golf, and curl so this helps me with cross-training. I feel that I am headed in the right direction to be in the best shape possible.”
Q. In your opinion, what separates us from other fitness facilities you’ve tried?
A.”Community! We’re like a family and Kathryn really cares about the members. No matter how young, how old, your fitness level, you matter! “
Q. If you could change or add one thing at blue sky what would it be?
A.” Nothing! Well maybe parking 🙂 “
