1. HOW DID YOU HEAR ABOUT US AND WHAT MOTIVATED YOU TO TRY OUT OUR STUDIO?
We have been members since it opening day and we were motivated to try it out by our sister/sister in law as she thought it would be a great fitness studio for us! ๐ We don’t live in St. Vital but found it to be worth the drive!
2. WHATโS YOUR FAVORITE CLASS AT BLUE SKY AND WHY?
Can’t pick just one! Love Tabata, Cardio Weights and Core, EMOM’s and the new Ultimate 500 is becoming a new favorite.
3. WHATโS THE ONE THING/S YOUโVE NOTICED THAT HAS IMPROVED IN YOUR LIFE SINCE JOINING?
Stamina, muscle strength and weight loss have all occurred which helps enjoy longer walks and bike rides!
4. IN YOUR OPINION, WHAT SEPARATES US FROM OTHER FITNESS FACILITIES YOUโVE TRIED?
Everyone feels like family, members support each other in person and through the online classes via Facebook Live or Blue Sky on Demand. Even when we haven’t been together over these pandemic challenging months, it seems we are all still connected through the group chats and haven’t missed a beat! There have been a lot of great friendships made!
5. IF YOU COULD CHANGE OR ADD ONE THING AT BLUE SKY WHAT WOULD IT BE?
I understand that asking for no more Burpees ever is not a change you are going to go for! Apparently they are good for us! ๐
