2. WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE CLASS AT BLUE SKY AND WHY?
I really like Tabata and of course the Senior Fit Circuit, I love the variety of the classes. Would also like to try the Senior Fit strength.
3. WHAT’S THE ONE THING/S YOU’VE NOTICED THAT HAS IMPROVED IN YOUR LIFE SINCE JOINING?
I feel much stronger and find that my balance is so much better. Balance is an important part as we age.
4. IN YOUR OPINION, WHAT SEPARATES US FROM OTHER FITNESS FACILITIES YOU’VE TRIED?
I love the community of Blue Sky, because its a small gym it is easy to meet people and actually create friendships. If you don’t show up for awhile people notice and they care, it’s like being part of a family. The instructors are amazing, very knowledgeable and supportive . There are times when I don’t feel like going and have to make an effort, and when I do I am never sorry. It lifts my spirits and gives me new energy to face the day.
5. IF YOU COULD CHANGE OR ADD ONE THING AT BLUE SKY WHAT WOULD IT BE?
I can not think of anything I would change. It’s a great place to work out. Love Blue Sky!
