Here are her responses when we asked her a few questions about her experience at our studio:
Q. How did you hear about us and what motivated you to try out our studio?
A.” I Read an article in the Lance and then driving by one day decided to stop in. After speaking with Kathryn I told my BFF Karen that starting January 2, 2018 we are going to try this as we both complained about our weight and being out of shape.”
Q. What’s you favourite class at Blue Sky and why?
A.”I really enjoy them all because of the variety, but especially the 20/20 because it really gets the heart rate up. “
Q. What’s the one thing /s you’ve noticed that have improved in your life since joining?
A. “I Have more energy and I’m eating better. I’m making better food choices.”
Q. In your opinion, what separates us from other fitness facilities you’ve tried?
A.”I like the smaller classes. You get more attention. I don’t feel intimidated and you get to know the other members. We all feel like friends and look forward to seeing each other at class.”
Q. If you could change or add one thing at blue sky what would it be?
A.”I would love another full body stretch class in the morning on Monday or Friday!”
