1. HOW DID YOU HEAR ABOUT US AND WHAT MOTIVATED YOU TO TRY OUT OURÂ STUDIO?Â
I’ve been at BlueSky since day one – snow storm and all! Previously, I attended the studio Kathryn operated before owning BlueSky. Once I heard that BlueSky was near my home, I thought I would give it a try. Five years later, I’m still here!
2. WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE CLASS AT BLUE SKY AND WHY?Â
I like Cardio-Core because it gives me a chance to focus on my abs, back, and butt: those weak spots for those of us with lower back issues. At the same time, it still gives me a healthy cardio workout. It’s also a great workout in between weight training focused classes.
3. WHAT’S THE ONE THING/S YOU’VE NOTICED THAT HAS IMPROVED IN YOUR LIFE SINCE JOINING?Â
Since I joined, I’ve been able to maintain my health. However, with COVID restrictions I found
4. IN YOUR OPINION, WHAT SEPARATES US FROM OTHER FITNESS FACILITIES YOU’VE TRIED?
I moved less and started some bad eating habits. After completing a challenge, I changed these bad habits. I’ve lost weight, gained strength, and best of all, feel better about myself. My injuries are settling and I’m able to do the exercises I used to like mountain climbers, plank, and push ups from my toes! Did you notice I didn’t say burpees??
The size of the studio and the personal attention is hard to beat. Each time I attend, it is like a social event before and after class!
5. IF YOU COULD CHANGE OR ADD ONE THING AT BLUE SKY WHAT WOULD IT BE?Â
Once we get out of this latest covid wave, I would love to have more in person classes so I can see people again!
