1. HOW DID YOU HEAR ABOUT US AND WHAT MOTIVATED YOU TO TRY OUT OUR STUDIO? *
I first read about Blue Sky in the Lance in January of 2017. I was looking for a new gym and decided to give it a try. I had seen Kathryn at our kids school and wanted to support a local business.
2. WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE CLASS AT BLUE SKY AND WHY? *
My favourite class is Trainer’s Choice with Amber. I love EMOMs and the variety the class provides. Yoga stretch with Lisa is sublime and makes me feel good all over. If I’m looking for a good sweat, I’m heading to a Tabata or a Metabolic Mixer class.
3. WHAT’S THE ONE THING/S YOU’VE NOTICED THAT HAS IMPROVED IN YOUR LIFE SINCE JOINING? *
My overall stamina and athletic endurance are better than they have ever been. I have lots of energy and I’m so proud of the example I am setting for our daughters.
4. IN YOUR OPINION, WHAT SEPARATES US FROM OTHER FITNESS FACILITIES YOU’VE TRIED? *
At Blue Sky I feel like family! I know almost everyone and they know me. Kathryn provides a caring and welcoming atmosphere that encourages me to do my best. The training staff are top notch and make sure that we are all safe while working out. They are all very professional and know how to modify every exercise, which means that everyone can take part in class. I love spending time with my Blue Sky friends and really feel like I am part of a community that celebrates each other successes!
5. IF YOU COULD CHANGE OR ADD ONE THING AT BLUE SKY WHAT WOULD IT BE? *
I’d love to see the studio be a bit bigger so that even more people could enjoy the Blue Sky experience.
