1. HOW DID YOU HEAR ABOUT US AND WHAT MOTIVATED YOU TO TRY OUT OUR STUDIO?
I was in search of a fitness program close to home. I saw the Blue Sky sign, and googled. Once I read about Kathryn I booked my first Personal Training. Something that sticks in my mind was reading about her 5 kids!
2. WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE CLASS AT BLUE SKY AND WHY?
My absolute favorite is Tabata!
3. WHAT’S THE ONE THING/S YOU’VE NOTICED THAT HAS IMPROVED IN YOUR LIFE SINCE JOINING?
I feel so much better, mentally and physically! I notice that I have so much more stamina working in my large yard at the lake.
4. IN YOUR OPINION, WHAT SEPARATES US FROM OTHER FITNESS FACILITIES YOU’VE TRIED?
We are all family! I have met so many new friends at Blue Sky and appreciate how much Kathryn truly cares about us all.
5. IF YOU COULD CHANGE OR ADD ONE THING AT BLUE SKY WHAT WOULD IT BE?
I really can’t think of one single thing!
