1. HOW DID YOU HEAR ABOUT US AND WHAT MOTIVATED YOU TO TRY OUT OUR STUDIO?
After overcoming a health challenge I knew it was time to make some changes. I had worked out before but often ended up with sore joints causing me to give up. I decided it was time to ask for help. I wanted to train with someone who was knowledgable about how to work out in a way that promotes strength and growth. I did a google search, came across Blue Sky Fitness and I made an appointment with Kathryn. Right away I knew this was the right place for me and my journey began.
2. WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE CLASS AT BLUE SKY AND WHY?
I meet with Kathryn for personal training sessions. She is always supportive and compassionate, while pushing me past my perceived limits. What started out as a short term plan has evolved into long term. Kathryn understands how to tailor a routine to fit my physical and emotional needs. I am surprised by how far I have come and strong I am becoming.
3. WHAT’S THE ONE THING/S YOU’VE NOTICED THAT HAS IMPROVED IN YOUR LIFE SINCE JOINING?
One of the things that has improved since joining Blue Sky Fitness is the realization that I can do so much more than I thought possible. This has had a big impact in how I view myself and is helping to increase my self-confidence.
4. IN YOUR OPINION, WHAT SEPARATES US FROM OTHER FITNESS FACILITIES YOU’VE TRIED?
The people I have met at Blue Sky Fitness genuinely care about you. It is clear that this is not “just a job” for those who work there; it is their passion. They are a team who cares about you.
5. IF YOU COULD CHANGE OR ADD ONE THING AT BLUE SKY WHAT WOULD IT BE?
I cannot think of anything I would change at this time.
