1. HOW DID YOU HEAR ABOUT US AND WHAT MOTIVATED YOU TO TRY OUT OUR STUDIO?
I was recommended by my hairdresser Whitney. I am getter older and was overweight and wasn’t feeling as good as I knew I could. I wanted to do something to feel healthier and stronger so I signed up for personal training sessions with Kathryn the owner.
2. WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE CLASS AT BLUE SKY AND WHY?
I haven’t been to a class yet, but I love working out with my Trainer Kathryn.
3. WHAT’S THE ONE THING/S YOU’VE NOTICED THAT HAS IMPROVED IN YOUR LIFE SINCE JOINING?
I’ve lost over 30 pounds. I eat healthier, I feel stronger, my ankles don’t swell anymore, my balance has improved and my knees feel so much stronger. I can get up and down so much easier now!
4. IN YOUR OPINION, WHAT SEPARATES US FROM OTHER FITNESS FACILITIES YOU’VE TRIED?
The motivation from Kathryn and the other members. They make it feel like a family.
5.IF YOU COULD CHANGE ONE THING AT BLUE SKY WHAT WOULD IT BE?
I wouldn’t change anything.
