1. HOW DID YOU HEAR ABOUT US AND WHAT MOTIVATED YOU TO TRY OUT OUR STUDIO?
My workout buddy Rachel suggested that I join with her, in order to get stronger, focus on being healthier and help keep the weight off.
2. WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE CLASS AT BLUE SKY AND WHY?
My favorite class is the class where I get food or wine at the end of the workout. Kidding aside, I’d say it’s mostly likely Fat Blast.
3. WHAT’S THE ONE THING/S YOU’VE NOTICED THAT HAS IMPROVED IN YOUR LIFE SINCE JOINING?
I feel more energized and motivated in general, stronger as well!
4. IN YOUR OPINION, WHAT SEPARATES US FROM OTHER FITNESS FACILITIES YOU’VE TRIED?
I prefer a group fitness setting overall, and with that, the class sizes are ideal. Having an option to exercise outside in the summer is nice as well. Blue Sky also takes time to help with initiatives in the community, encouraging gym members to get involved. Jayson and Kathryn do also like to party, so I also look forward to the different get-togethers that they organize.
5. IF YOU COULD CHANGE OR ADD ONE THING AT BLUE SKY WHAT WOULD IT BE?
I would say heavier weights … Kidding again! I can’t think of any one thing, I’m very happy with all aspects of the gym.
