1. HOW DID YOU HEAR ABOUT US AND WHAT MOTIVATED YOU TO TRY OUT OUR STUDIO?
I drove by the studio every day on my way to work and thought about joining, but it was other members who convinced me how great it is!
2. WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE CLASS AT BLUE SKY AND WHY?
So tough to choose! Tabata is probably my favorite; it flies by. I also love SHRED because it’s like four classes in one. It’s always really challenging.
3. WHAT’S THE ONE THING/S YOU’VE NOTICED THAT HAS IMPROVED IN YOUR LIFE SINCE JOINING?
When I exercise regularly, I have a lot more energy.
4. IN YOUR OPINION, WHAT SEPARATES US FROM OTHER FITNESS FACILITIES YOU’VE TRIED?
The trainers know everyone and always offer options. Classes can be adapted to fitness level, and also if you have an injury.
Your On Demand classes are awesome too (especially during the pandemic). I love that I have the choice of LIVE classes, but also the option to do them on my own time if I can’t attend live.
5. IF YOU COULD CHANGE OR ADD ONE THING AT BLUE SKY WHAT WOULD IT BE?
This isn’t really a change but confirmation of something you do already – Continue to introduce new class types & equipment. Variety is definitely key for me.
