1. HOW DID YOU HEAR ABOUT US AND WHAT MOTIVATED YOU TO TRY OUT OUR STUDIO?
I actually came with the studio. I was already a member of the previous studio but decided to stay with Kathryn. I liked her approach and her classes fit with the schedule that I was on. It was working for me.
2. WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE CLASS AT BLUE SKY AND WHY?
I really like the cardio, weights and core class. It is a well rounded class that provides all aspects of a workout. To be honest, I like all the classes and really like the variety. I enjoy the yoga and block therapy classes too. They are very therapeutic.
3. WHAT’S THE ONE THING/S YOU’VE NOTICED THAT HAS IMPROVED IN YOUR LIFE SINCE JOINING?
Being physically active is a very important aspect of my life. It provides me with so many benefits for my mental health and physical health. It gives me more energy, enables me to sleep better at night and helps with controlling my weight. It is just part of my life.
4. IN YOUR OPINION, WHAT SEPARATES US FROM OTHER FITNESS FACILITIES YOU’VE TRIED?
What I love most about Blue Sky Fitness and Personal Coaching is definitely THE PEOPLE. Starting with Kathryn who is actively involved in the gym and then with the other trainers. You get to know them personally and feel like you are part of the family. That is the reason I have stayed with this gym. The other members are all people like me and very friendly. It is actually fun to be at the gym and working out.
5. IF YOU COULD CHANGE OR ADD ONE THING AT BLUE SKY WHAT WOULD IT BE?
I don’t know that I would change anything. It just works for me.
