My daughter told me that I would like Blue Sky Studio so I tried the “free week” offer. I loved every class so I became a member.
2. WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE CLASS AT BLUE SKY AND WHY?
I love Tabata 20, Cardio, Weights and Core and Yoga Stretch. Every class has a lots of variety, is always challenging and lots of fun. The instructors are always enthusiastic, energetic and encouraging.
3. WHAT’S THE ONE THING/S YOU’VE NOTICED THAT HAS IMPROVED IN YOUR LIFE SINCE JOINING?
I lost weight, became healthier and stronger and my asthma became totally manageable.
4. IN YOUR OPINION, WHAT SEPARATES US FROM OTHER FITNESS FACILITIES YOU’VE TRIED?
Blue Sky Studio is like a big family. The instructors are fun, knowledgeable and show sincere interest in every participant. All the members are friendly, happy about each others’ successes and really value a healthy lifestyle. Kathryn is very personable and cares about all members. She is always designing new classes and challenges to keep things fresh for everyone.
5. IF YOU COULD CHANGE OR ADD ONE THING AT BLUE SKY WHAT WOULD IT BE?
I love Blue Sky just the way it is!
