1. HOW DID YOU HEAR ABOUT US AND WHAT MOTIVATED YOU TO TRY OUT OUR STUDIO?
I first read about the studio in The Lance. I remember thinking this could be a fit for me and everything about it spoke confidently.
2. WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE CLASS AT BLUE SKY AND WHY?
It really depends on what other exercise I am doing. If I play a lot of hockey in a week, I will stick to Upper Body Blast and Guts, Buts and Guns. Otherwise I like to mix in Tabata, 90/60/30, Fat Blast, SHRED. That stuff will keep you humble.
3. WHAT’S THE ONE THING/S YOU’VE NOTICED THAT HAS IMPROVED IN YOUR LIFE SINCE JOINING?
My energy and strength is way, way up. I don’t feel nearly as fatigued as I once did. My mental health has also somewhat improved. I feel better, I look better. Many people have commented so. Makes you feel good. Never going back.
4. IN YOUR OPINION, WHAT SEPARATES US FROM OTHER FITNESS FACILITIES YOU’VE TRIED?
Here there is community. The team and the other members genuinely care about who you are.
5. IF YOU COULD CHANGE OR ADD ONE THING AT BLUE SKY WHAT WOULD IT BE?
BANDS! The leg hair removing, muscle pinching bands. Honestly they are not that bad, just not my favorite. Anything that illustrates how uncoordinated I am, which is pretty much everything. I can’t jump rope either, but let’s keep that between us. 🙂
