My friend told me about it. So we came to check it out and loved it. Needed to get back on track with my health.
2. WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE CLASS AT BLUE SKY AND WHY?
They’re all great classes but love seniorfit strength.It’s a full body strength workout . Very important as I age to keep up strength and mobility. Kathryn shows ways to modify each exercise according to your needs.
3. WHAT’S THE ONE THING/S YOU’VE NOTICED THAT HAS IMPROVED IN YOUR LIFE SINCE JOINING?
I know lots say physical improvements but for me it has helped my mental health immensely. It has kept me going when some days I don’t want to get out of bed. The classes leave me feeling more energetic physically but mentally as well.
4. IN YOUR OPINION, WHAT SEPARATES US FROM OTHER FITNESS FACILITIES YOU’VE TRIED?
What separates this gym from others is Kathryn the owner. She has created a community , a camaraderie where everyone feels included no matter what size you are or what fitness level you’re at. It is a safe judgement free environment where all sizes and shapes feel comfortable trying to improve their health.
5. IF YOU COULD CHANGE OR ADD ONE THING AT BLUE SKY WHAT WOULD IT BE?
Absolutely nothing.
