1. HOW DID YOU HEAR ABOUT US AND WHAT MOTIVATED YOU TO TRY OUT OUR STUDIO?
I first heard about Blue Sky studio through a friend who joined Blue Sky for the summer in preparation for her upcoming wedding. At the time, I was going to Shapes but really just paying for a membership and occasionally going on a treadmill once a week. My friend told me about this awesome gym she just joined so I decided to check it out! I haven’t looked back!
2. WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE CLASS AT BLUE SKY AND WHY?
I love all the classes at Blue Sky! There is so much variety and I love that all I have to do is show up and be ready for a challenging but rewarding experience! I do love Fat Blast and Circuit because once you complete the station, you never have to do that exercise again! I’m starting to really enjoy SHRED and Metabolic Mixer-time flies when I am doing these workouts!
3. WHAT’S THE ONE THING/S YOU’VE NOTICED THAT HAS IMPROVED IN YOUR LIFE SINCE JOINING?
I am much stronger and I have more energy. I hold a lot of tension in my body and I have a stressful and sometimes emotionally challenging job. Working out helps release a lot of this stress and tension from my body.
4. IN YOUR OPINION, WHAT SEPARATES US FROM OTHER FITNESS FACILITIES YOU’VE TRIED?
I love the feeling I get when I come to the gym. Everyone knows your name and the trainers are very experienced super welcoming and genuine. They care about all of us and just want us to make the effort to live a healthy but balanced life! I also love how Blue Sky supports local businesses and charities and uses our community to spread very important messages. Blue Sky is a cozy gym and we are one big family!
5. IF YOU COULD CHANGE OR ADD ONE THING AT BLUE SKY WHAT WOULD IT BE?
Absolutely nothing!!! I love everything about this gym. Kathryn does an amazing job creating a space where we feel challenged and supported.
