1. HOW DID YOU HEAR ABOUT US AND WHAT MOTIVATED YOU TO TRY OUT OUR STUDIO?
I was looking for a gym to join after moving to the city. Coming from rural Manitoba I knew I wanted a smaller setting. Blue Sky Fitness advertised small class sizes and Senior Fit. I signed up for the introductory week and was immediately impressed and hooked!
2. WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE CLASS AT BLUE SKY AND WHY?
I like all of them but if I have to pick one it would be Senior-Fit Cardio/Weights/Core because it gets my heart rate up and is a full body workout.
3. WHAT’S THE ONE THING/S YOU’VE NOTICED THAT HAS IMPROVED IN YOUR LIFE SINCE JOINING?
My overall health has improved from getting stronger to sleeping better, feeling mentally healthy. I have more energy and am mindful of what I am eating (most of the time). It has become a lifestyle for me!
I love that Kathryns classes are small and she has very knowledgeable staff. She offers a variety of classes for all fitness levels. There is a very real sense of community and caring at Blue Sky and Kathryn truly wants to see her clients succeed with their goals.
5. IF YOU COULD CHANGE OR ADD ONE THING AT BLUE SKY WHAT WOULD IT BE?
I never had the chance to attend a Friday Happy Hour class so please when it is safe to do so add that class back in😊 Otherwise I wouldn’t change a thing!
