Here are her responses when we asked her a few questions about her experience at our studio:
Q. How did you hear about us and what motivated you to try out our studio?
A.” I had friends going and one suggested I try a week when she heard I was looking for something new. ”
Q. What’s you favourite class at Blue Sky and why?
A. “ Do I have to pick just one? Right now I would have to say InTENsity , it’s a great full body workout and different every time!”
Q. What’s the one thing /s you’ve noticed that have improved in your life since joining?
A. “What hasn’t? My overall fitness and endurance has changed so much, it has improved my running as well which is a great benefit for me!”
Q. In your opinion, what separates us from other fitness facilities you’ve tried?
A.“The sense of community! Everyone gets to know one another and the trainers get to know everyone as well, they push you and modify to everyone’s needs .”
Q. If you could change or add one thing at blue sky what would it be?
A. “I’m not sure of anything I would change as it has been a very positive experience for me!”
