1. HOW DID YOU HEAR ABOUT US AND WHAT MOTIVATED YOU TO TRY OUT OUR STUDIO?
I drove by and saw the sign to try for a free week. My previous gym didn’t have hours that worked with my schedule. More options at Blue Sky made me switch.
2. WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE CLASS AT BLUE SKY AND WHY?
Fat blast. I really enjoy circuits. I like that Jason corrects us so we can get the maximum benefit out of every exercise and ensure we don’t hurt ourselves.
3. WHAT’S THE ONE THING/S YOU’VE NOTICED THAT HAS IMPROVED IN YOUR LIFE SINCE JOINING?
I look forward to exercising. I now realize it’s a life long commitment. I actually feel like something is missing in my life without an exercise routine. That’s completely new for me. I also realize our children are watching. I now know the importance of teaching your children to lead a healthy, balanced life, so I’m overjoyed when my teenager sets an alarm and happily gets out of bed to come with me to the gym instead of sleeping in on weekends.
4. IN YOUR OPINION, WHAT SEPARATES US FROM OTHER FITNESS FACILITIES YOU’VE TRIED?
The variety of classes. The good natured trainers and clients make it a place you look forward to visiting.
5. IF YOU COULD CHANGE OR ADD ONE THING AT BLUE SKY WHAT WOULD IT BE?
Maybe ask the clients to create a class (inspected and approved by the trainers of course) for everyone to try periodically? That would keep people engaged and feel like they’re a part of the team and it might be fun to see what we come up with!
