1. HOW DID YOU HEAR ABOUT US AND WHAT MOTIVATED YOU TO TRY OUT OUR STUDIO? I have known Kathryn for many years and attended other gyms she ran although I was not a group fitness class attendee. When Kathryn opened her own fitness studio, I wanted to support her and her business. I decided to enter the world of group fitness classes and found it to be a really good workout. I also like to occasionally supplement this with personal training sessions with Kathryn for some extra punishment, I mean exercise.*
2. WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE CLASS AT BLUE SKY AND WHY? Any class that I find challenging. The more challenging, the better! There are always new ones being developed and added to the schedule.
3. WHAT’S THE ONE THING/S YOU’VE NOTICED THAT HAS IMPROVED IN YOUR LIFE SINCE JOINING? Making the trip to the studio and seeing others who are there for the workout always improves my mood.
4. IN YOUR OPINION, WHAT SEPARATES US FROM OTHER FITNESS FACILITIES YOU’VE TRIED? As noted by many people before, the sense of community, comaraderie and support from other members. We also often do special events as a group, such as golf tournaments, cross country skiing and relay races. Tons of fun, and even more bonus exercise!!! *
5. IF YOU COULD CHANGE OR ADD ONE THING AT BLUE SKY WHAT WOULD IT BE? I would love more in-person classes on Fridays!
