I had taken some classes from Kathryn before she owned the gym and enjoyed them. When I was looking for a new gym I thought of her.
2. WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE CLASS AT BLUE SKY AND WHY?
My favorite class is Roll Rejuvenate and Recover. I feel so good when I am done
3. WHAT’S THE ONE THING/S YOU’VE NOTICED THAT HAS IMPROVED IN YOUR LIFE SINCE JOINING?
I am much stronger and have greater endurance for tasks outside the gym
4. IN YOUR OPINION, WHAT SEPARATES US FROM OTHER FITNESS FACILITIES YOU’VE TRIED?
The personal touch and family feel. The good information I get from both the owner and the trainers on health, nutrition, stretching, exercise.

A health and wellness coaching training class.
