Join us at our co-ed Senior Fit circuit classes now offered 14 times each week at Blue Sky Fitness Studio….meet new friends all the while improving your quality of life! Our classes are taught by Certified Fitness Professionals and take a maximum of 10 participants per class to ensure proper form and modifications are provided when needed.
