Here are her responses when we asked her a few questions about her experience at our studio:
Q. How did you hear about us and what motivated you to try out our studio?
A. “I read an article about Blue Sky and Kathryn in “The Lance”. I really wanted to try a new gym that had group fitness classes. After my first week, I was hooked.”
Q. What’s you favourite class at Blue Sky and why?
A. “ There are so many great ones to choose from but I think Extreme Fitness is my favorite…you can go all out for 20 seconds of any exercise (even burpees) and there is so much variety!”
Q. What’s the one thing /s you’ve noticed that have improved in your life since joining?
A. “I have more energy! Instead of taking a nap after work (where I am even more lethargic), I go to a class and feel rejuvenated after. ”
Q. In your opinion, what separates us from other fitness facilities you’ve tried?
A.“The Community! Small classes allow everyone to know each other’s names, it feels like a family. Kathryn really listens to people and creates classes for everyone.”
Q. If you could change or add one thing at blue sky what would it be?
A. “A hot tub so I can relax after a hard class 🙂 In all honesty Kathryn does so many “extras” at the gym from local healthy food to supporting local charities, fun challenges and various workshops. Blue Sky isn’t just a gym, it is a total lifestyle of support and health.”
