1. HOW DID YOU HEAR ABOUT US AND WHAT MOTIVATED YOU TO TRY OUT OUR STUDIO?
We wanted to make intentional exercise more a part of our daily routine. We are both active but we needed to focus on working out to improve our overall fitness level.
2. WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE CLASS AT BLUE SKY AND WHY?
We both really like Guts, Butts and Guns. It is focused, the exercises are mostly strength-based and before you know it you are stretching at the end of the class. And the TUNES! Jayson puts together some great playlists!
3. WHAT’S THE ONE THING/S YOU’VE NOTICED THAT HAS IMPROVED IN YOUR LIFE SINCE JOINING?
We are more mindful of taking care of our health, we make sure exercise is a part of every day. Most days that means a visit to Blue Sky, some days its a longer bike ride around the city.
4. IN YOUR OPINION, WHAT SEPARATES US FROM OTHER FITNESS FACILITIES YOU’VE TRIED?
The personal connection with the Instructors and with other members is what separates Blue Sky from other fitness facilities. Kathryn has created an environment where everyone is positive and supportive of one another which helps to make working out a great experience.
5. IF YOU COULD CHANGE OR ADD ONE THING AT BLUE SKY WHAT WOULD IT BE?
A few months ago we might have said support us working out at home, but Blue Sky On Demand has answered that. We really like having the option to squeeze in a workout at home.
