I was having some health problems and a friend recommended it to me.
2. WHAT’S YOUR FAVORITE CLASS AT BLUE SKY AND WHY?
Personal training challenges you to do your individual best – so not necessarily my favourite but most effective.
Yoga Stretch is a must every week to rejuvenate physically and mentally.
3. WHAT’S THE ONE THING/S YOU’VE NOTICED THAT HAS IMPROVED IN YOUR LIFE SINCE JOINING?
Confidence in what I can do and to try new things.
4. IN YOUR OPINION, WHAT SEPARATES US FROM OTHER FITNESS FACILITIES YOU’VE TRIED?
This is more of a community. People are very supportive, non judgmental and have a wide range of abilities. Everyone has a place here.
5. IF YOU COULD CHANGE OR ADD ONE THING AT BLUE SKY WHAT WOULD IT BE?
Senior Fit classes on weekends but I am probably the only working senior to attend 🙂
