And selection is key with us. Our small-group fitness classes are led by the best trainers in Winnipeg. Classes that range from hardcore workouts and amazing circuits to calming yoga sessions. We even offer block therapy workshops which help to reduce chronic pain and improve circulation and flexibility.

If one-on-one is more your thing, Kathryn Dzikowicz (BPE, CSEP-CPT, ACE Certified Health Coach) will work with you to create personalized training sessions based on your goals. Kathryn stays on top of the latest fitness trends and she will develop personalized, results-based workouts that will help you reach your goals in a healthy, timely manner.
